DAKOTA PLAINS CREDIT UNION'S 73RD ANNUAL MEETING!
Our 73rd Annual Meeting was held on Monday, March 10th at Hakuna Matata in Edgeley. A roast beef dinner was served to over 100 members. Deb Kantrud, Executive Director of South Central Regional Council in Jamestown was our guest speaker. She visited with the membership about the importance of strategic planning in rural communities. Sue Long was recognized for her 20 years of service with DPCU. Cheryl Ness was nominated for Volunteer of the Year and Tana Jensen was nominated for Professional of the Year. Kim Radermacher-Lagodinski and Mark Sheppard agreed to run for another 3 year term on the Board of Directors. With no other business the meeting was adjourned.

IRA CONTRIBUTION: 2013 OR 2014?
After January 1st, 2014 you have a choice.
You may contribute to the 2013 tax year or the 2014 tax year up until April 15th, 2014. If you make your contribution after January 1st but before the April 15th deadline, you need to designate the contribution year that you intend to target when making your contribution.
